DEPOSITS:

A 25% booking deposit is required to hold a date, receipt of deposit acknowledges Goosebay Charters POLICY acceptance.

Remainder of payment shall be due at time of sailing.

RATES:

1/2 day (4 hours) $450.

Full day (8 hours) $750.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

7 days or more prior to sailing 100% of deposit is refundable.

CHECKS:

There will be a $25.00 service charge for any checks returned by a bank.

WEATHER POLICY:

Should poor weather be forecast or occur during your charter period, the Captain reserves the right to cancel and/or postpone a sailing for the safety of the passengers and crew.  Deposits are 100% refundable in this instance, the charter may also be rescheduled a this time.

If the charter has commenced and bad weather sets in a pro rated fee will be charged, with a minimum fee of $200.

MATE'S SERVICES:

A gratuity of 15% of the cost of the charter is customary for good service.
